Looking for the best concept store in Nice means comparing places that play on very different fields. Some are fashion boutiques, others niche perfumeries, others still showcases for local craft or French-made goods. This comparison brings together seven concept stores in central Nice, from the carré d’or to the port by way of Old Nice, with what really sets them apart.
It follows our comparisons of the best concept store in Lyon and the best concept store in Annecy, and repeats none of their shops. Ratings and review volumes come from Google Maps (checked on 29 September 2026), descriptions from each shop’s website or, where there is none, from a public listing consulted that day.

What really makes the difference
- Fashion or objects. Three addresses are primarily clothing boutiques (Lulli sur la Toile, Hattori, Mon Œil). The other four favour perfume, objects, craft or decor.
- International or local makers. Lulli sur la Toile and Hattori select designers from everywhere, La Baraque and Kosmos focus on the region and the Mediterranean, Trésors Publics on French manufacture.
- Shop only or online catalogue. Three shops out of seven sell online. The others are discovered in person.
- The day of your visit. Only Lulli sur la Toile, ICI Concept Store, Mon Œil and Hattori open on Mondays, and none of the addresses with published hours opens on Sundays.
What to keep in mind
A Google rating only holds for the day it is recorded, here 29 September 2026, and an average over 15 reviews does not carry the weight of one over 488. With 4.5 from 48 reviews, Lulli sur la Toile has the second lowest rating in the panel, just ahead of Mon Œil (4.3). The descriptions of La Baraque and Kosmos come from Nice Shopping and Côte Magazine respectively, as neither has a detailed official website, and Mon Œil’s is limited to its public listing. Kosmos’s opening hours were not shown on its Google listing at the time of our check.
Palace, Good Design Store, Les Choses qu’on aime or Pop Art, which often appear in Nice city guides, are not included here. They lean more towards furniture, decor or customisation than towards the fashion concept store.
Our conclusion
To dress in designer pieces, bags, jewellery and shoes included, trying them on rue de la Liberté and completing online, Lulli sur la Toile offers the widest choice in this comparison. For a niche perfume, ICI Concept Store. For pared-back fashion from independent designers, Hattori. For neighbourhood shopping, Mon Œil. For French-made goods, Trésors Publics. For regional craft, La Baraque. For a Mediterranean stopover, Kosmos.
